I was a patient of hers at a previous Office in Capilano. She comes across as charming, but she is ignorant in diagnosis and as a result nearly killed me with an incorrect medication. She also confused me with my sister who was also a patient of hers at the time, not a good idea! Needs refreshers courses in diagnostics and pharmacology

Dr. Reiss has been my doctor for 25 years. So fortunate to have such a good doctor. I’ve received holistic and compassionate care. She always takes the time to listen and address all my questions and refers to specialists as needed. Wonderful doctor!

Doctor Riess has been mine and my kids family physician for 2 decades now and would follow her anywhere’s!

Dr. Reiss has been my doctor for many years, I followed her from another clinic. She is so compansionate and and knowledgable, she never keeps me waiting long. I am so lucky to have got in with her when she was taking new patients.

The only challenge is that I feel rushed during visits. There is no connection established. I feel like just another statistic. Better to list down your concerns before the visit and read it off one by one. Would help if she would dig deeper to find out the root cause.

Dr. Reiss has cared for me for over two decades. She is also my husband's physician now.
I have seen her more frequently in the last few years and she's always been a great doctor in terms of listening to all my concerns, then working with me for my best outcome.
She has seen me through many changes. As I age she's been thorough in keeping on top of my healthcare. She's very proactive.
She's always found the cause of my issues quickly. She's gotten me the help I've needed in a really timely manner too. She's seen me through menopause, gall bladder removal, kidney stones and other routine issues with a very calm, caring manner. I'm grateful for her support. I know I can be honest with her., trust she knows what's actually important, gets the appropriate tests for me and if necessary, sends me to the best folks for a quick resolution. I really can't imagine not having her on my team. We followed her to the new clinic which adds time to our commute, but she's well worth it.

Dr. Reiss is an excellent family doctor. I've been seeing her for many years, I moved away to Red Deer and continued to drive to Edmonton when I needed a physician. I moved back, she changed clinics, I followed her. I would follow her again if I had to.
