This is one of the busiest Pediatric Urgent Care’s I have ever seen in Oakville since Covid. When I call my family doctor the receptionist asks me to call this clinic if they are already booked. I have been at the clinic many times recently.
When I arrived at 8:50am last week, there were already 12 patients on the list. The receptionist adds patients to the waiting list then takes phone numbers and texts when there is 10 minutes before the appointments.
Dr Neame works though the patient list asking about the concern of the day. He listens, examines, gives the direction and treats letting the parents know when to come back to the clinic or follow up with my family doctor. I couldn’t ask for more.
It’s a lot better than waiting in the emergency for hours. Much thanks to the staff, receptionists, nurses and Dr Neame!

Dr. Neame was extremely compassionate and patient with my wife and me during several consults for my newborn daughter and toddler. He was very knowledgeable and helped put our family at ease. He did not rush us and allowed my wife to ask all your questions. I would recommend Dr. Neame to family and friends!

Dr Neame was very helpful explaining my son’s asthma medications. He was very knowledgeable and clearly outlined when to use the medications and when to stop them.

I have seen Dr Name several times. He always explains why my son is sick and what to do, as well as, what to look for to comeback to the clinic.

Completely out of touch. This doctor has a temper and will absolutely snap at you. Aggressive in nature was my first impression of his behaviour when I asked a question about my child’s symptoms. Diagnosed my child before examination and we were rushed out within minutes. A complete waste of time.

Took my 3yo for a follow up with Dr. Neame for an ear infection, he snapped at me and said I was asking too many questions, and that he's busy. He then accused me of being rude when I pointed out that my son has in fact told him that he was in pain and the doctor brushed it off, and said "it must be your culture".

The first time meeting this doctor he was pleasant then the second time around he snapped on me and was very rude! Making having a bad day or overwhelmed but I did not appreciate his tone of voice and rudeness when I was there for serious concerns for my child.

I waited with my 2 Sick kids (3yo, 10mn old) for 1hr to see him at the oakville Clinic. Just to be told he’s in a rush and has to get to a meeting at the hospital. So I rushed through my kids symptoms. Tried clarifying a couple things during our time and was brushed off with “ya” I left wondering if I need to get a second opinion and hoping that another round of amoxicillin will do what is needed to get my little ones healthy Wasn’t happy with his poor attention to his wee little patients

Dr. Neame is one of the most caring and passionate doctors we have ever met. His bedside manners are really good and he takes time to answer any questions you may have about the reason why you are visiting. He is great with the kids and very helpful! Definitely want to continue seeing him at the Oakville paediatric walk in clinic!
