Dr alto did vaginal examine when I was 6 so wrong

He dismissed all of my brain tumour related symptoms as year long allergies. It wasn’t until I was in late high school that it turns out the 24/7 headaches, eye aches, loss of vision, etc. was actually because of a brain tumour. Now I have to live with countless issues because my tumour killed my pituitary gland that I was told wouldn’t have happened to me if I was properly diagnosed at a young age.

And from the looks of it I seemed to have gotten off easy. Now I’m sitting here wondering if I was sexually assaulted too and I just don’t remember because of my allergenic tumour ruining my brain.

Dr.alto was mine and my brother's doctor from the time we were born. During office visits I remember he always did vaginal exams on me as a young child and would say "one day it'll look it your mom's". I stopped seeing him when I turned 16 and I needed a referral for a therapist. I needed a referral for specialized intake at HSC. He told my parents that place didn't exist. He then made my father leave the room and told me to never ever kill myself because too many kids are doing it now a days. He then gave me his personal psychiatrist which costed $200 a session. He also always made my parents leave the room when my brother or I started crying during visits as a child and we would be completely naked. He alway made me feel uncomfortable and after reading other experiences that are similar to mine is horrifying. I hope he gets what he deserves, prick.

When I was 4 I remember getting numerous vaginal inspections and having to take off my clothes whenever I went to him, I always thought it was odd because as a kid I had a problem with UTIs and having to get examined for them, but now I realize there was no reason for it, I did not need to get undressed for every UTI I had, reading these reviews I didn’t realize it happened to many other people and I thought it was just me feeling weird about going to this doctor as a child.

reading the reviews i came to a realization that after years of seeing him i was mistreated and sexually assaulted on multiple occasions. i never had a chance to consent to vaginal examinations nor did my parents, and i hope the same doesn’t go for my other sibling because no one deserves to come to a realization 10 years later like i have just now. i also want to show appreciation to those who replied with how they were treated, i would’ve never fully understood i was assaulted as a kid if i hadn’t read these comments. writing this i’m fully distraught and i hope he never sees another child again.

This man molested me my entire childhood. Every time I had ANY routine check up he would make me get fully naked in front of my sibling without my parents present and would do intense vaginal exams for NO reason, at every appointment from age 2-6 years old. DO NOT EVER take your children to see this horrible trash of a human being. I’m still working through my trauma 25 years later.

Pervert. Do not see him!! Reading these other reviews I feel sick to my stomach because it happened to me too. I've cried all day feeling disgusted. Never knew better as a kid ( although I had a weird feeling anytime I had an appointment with him, I didn't want to see him) trust your children if they have fits seeing him. He is very inappropriate and will take advantage that he's a doc and can look at your private's no matter the reason. Even if you don't have issues/concerns down there!! Disgusting.
