We love Dr Gunter, he's caring and intelligent.
He truly care for his patients.
We got his name from the hospital, the nurse told us that he is the only Dr she really trust.
We were lucky to have 19 months of excellent care.

Dr Gunter saw my son for the first time last week and we were impressed.
My 13 year old says he will return.
We are seeing him after our Dr has relocated.

We switched to him based upon a personal recommendation from a physician colleague. Dr. Gunter is EXCELLENT with children. He was even able to distract my wild infant enough for a thorough exam. My five year old thinks he is fantastic. As a nurse I feel he is the perfect combination of child-friendly personality with obvious medical competence.

I would never see another pediatrician. He is WONDERFUL!!! My son is 7 and my daughter is 3 and we have been seeing Dr. Gunter since my son was born. Once when my daughter was sick, Dr. Gunter was out of town and we had to see a different Doctor. We went twice and were told by the other doctors that she just had a virus. We went back when he came back to town and he immediately noticed that she actually had Pneumonia. Such a smart, intuitive doctor.

Awesome doctor, he has a lot of knowledge and is very good with kids. One of the best pediatricians I've experienced, but unfortunately, the office is very frustrating. The doctor is so good but too busy- it's impossible to get a same day work-in and we have also showed up for scheduled appointments often enough for it to be a moderate issue that we are told he's too busy and we're being worked in with one of the other doctors. Wait times are long as well. He's very friendly and our child likes him a lot. I think that's his problem- everyone and their kids like him so much that he's too busy! He is a wonderful dr but the front office staff is aggravating and unwilling to do much to help schedule same day appointments if something urgent comes up.

I happened to see Dr Gunter for my kid right from birth and always waited at-least 45 minutes to see him even after the appointment is made but never showed any signs of dissatisfaction taking in to consideration doctors go through a lot with the kind of work they do. It was my son's 9 month visit today and he was lil fussy when we were about to start and we are delayed by exactly 18 minutes to calm him down.There was a lady named Stacy in the reception who said we have to reschedule the appointment as there is no slot with Dr Gunter or any one else in the practice.I requested her that can we squeeze in some time in between so that we can finish our routine.She went to Dr Gunter and came up with a answer NO. Me and my wife Took off from work and was totally frustrated with the way they behaved Please avoid these kind of cheap practices if you want your kids to learn being polite.

We went to him based on a recommendation from a friend and we are glad that we did. Great manners and answers all your questions in details. His assistant is also very nice. We love the practice.

We started seeing Dr. Gunter based on a friend's recommendation and I don't think we could have found a better doctor. He is wonderful with my children and he always answers any question that I have without making me feel rushed. I feel comfortable talking to him about any concerns that I have but the best thing is my kids actually like going to the doctor because of him.

When we moved to Charlotte finding a ped. was our #1 priority. We chose Dr. Gunter based on online reviews and are extremely happy with our choice. We have seen him 3 times for my 15 month old son and each time we are still so pleased with our decision. He has a terrific bedside manner and is so nice. My son loves when Dr. Gunter makes faces and noises with him, it makes him feel much more comfortable. He answers all my questions and explains things to me in regular people's terms instead of Dr. talk. He never seems rushed and gives us all the time we need at each appointment. I would highly recommend him to everyone in the University area of Charlotte! We will not be going to anyone else!
