Dr.Basri has been my doctor for over twenty years. I have referred my family members to only see Dr.Basri as their primary care physician. I'm more than satisfied with his staff .

Dr Basri is rude and arrogant. Won't listen. His wife is a nasty person. There are better doctors in the area.

Excellent care and very good service. Dr. Basri takes care of his patients as if they were his own family. He is the only doctor I would ever see.

Very rude Doctor should take a course in manners along with his rude wife. His wife is very nasty and does not do her job well. She is loud when speaking your personal business. She has lost my medical files.

The office is disorganized, too busy, crowded with people, files, lab stuff and too much is lost in the process like files, messages, etc. Manners? No one in any profession should be short and rude to paying clients. The doctor's arguments should not take place at the front desk or in the hall. It's unacceptable!

The office is very unorganized and you will wait every step of the way. Dr. Basri seems capable but he is rude and quick to cut you off and jump to conclusions. He could be a good doctor if he learned to really listen and not just pretend to.
