Dr. Patel is wonderful, patient, caring.
Unfortunately he has incompetent office staff. Can't have it all I guess.

Professional, patient, knowledgeable. And takes the time to listen to your health issues

Found out all I could about Dr. Patel and issues he deals with. Moving up that way so made appt. Was told to bring as much documentation as possible about my pain and 4 herniated disks if I wanted to leave with a prescription for meds. that is the only thing that helps after surgery and injections, which I did. Jackie was wonderful and would be an asset to any office. I saw MEGAN KISTNER, NP. When I walked into the office she did not look at me, handed her my papers which she did not read and she treated me with such disrespect didn't ask me what any of my problems were or what I was there for, said if I were there for meds. she doesn't help people, made me feel like a drug addict and worse, told me that's it, walked out of office. (recorded visit). MEG was CRUEL, DISRESPECTFUL, A DISCREDIT TO HER PROFESSION AND A LIAR. I am writing to Dr. Patel that no one should ever be treated like I was. Called later MEG said she knew why I was there and didn't want to waste time. MIND READER TOO!

caring, professional, he and his nurse helped me through one one the worst times in my life. Although he is very busy trying to run his office and nursing homes he still took the time to listen to me and in my eyes ...saved my life

This Dr. spends time and listens.The office staff is also very friendly.

He is very professional and knowledgable.Extremely helpful.One error in judgment in my opinion was when he brought a relative of his into the practice;that relative was inept and could not differentiate between common drugs for a prescription.
