I'm beyond pleased with Dr. Kiritsis and his team. I had a significant knee injury that required multiple surgeries, and Dr. K and his team have been absolutely amazing every step of the way. I love their passion for seeing their patients progress. I also really love how Dr. Kiritsis takes time to really educate you on your condition. I've seen comments mentioning personality flaws, but I did not experience that. He's extremely kind and patient. He's truly the best!

Do not see this man if you are overweight, he will not help you. He also wrote things in my after visit summary that we supposedly spoke about, that we did in fact not speak about. Do not recommend. The staff was great, him, not so much. Now I get to sit here in pain and try to find a second opinion.

Didn’t care to help me after I had surgery with him 10 years prior. He offered no options for my knee problem and basically said since a diabetes he would not touch me or give options to help relive the pain.

Quick to assume, talks over you, doesn't know or care to explain anything outside of his hyper narrow specialty and passes most questions to his staff. Extraordinarily disconnected from how his procedures and associated recovery plans actually affect his patients' lives. Good enough surgeon but I can not in good faith recommend this doctor to anyone that needs to interact with him while conscious.

I've been a patient of Dr. Paul kiritsis for many years, but will never go back after today. he was incredibly rude and arrogant today, and did not care one bit about my symptoms. In fact, he interrupted me while I was telling my septum is that he didn't need or want to hear it and ask me at least twice why even bother to come in and see him. He said there's nothing he could do for me and what did I possibly think he could do for me. He is awake. Sea and all he cares about is your weight. He won't give disability placards at even told me and if I have to crawl into the gym that I should go in and do weights and stuff. I'm at the point where I can't even walk. I had surgery with him a few years ago and it really didn't help whatsoever. He may be a skilled surgeon but he's a real weird man and I agree with the people on here that said he's probably more concerned with his looks and status than his patients. He interrupted me at least twice ads Had nothing but negative things to say about by primary care doctors opinion.

He could have cared less about my shoulder he did no test nothing but “run” for the steroid shot! He is more worried about his looks then his patients. I myself could have put a “bandaid” on my own shoulder that’s all his giving a steroid shot was. Except those shots are not good for your body and as a doctor he knows that. Although he could have been looking at himself instead of paying attention to his education.

He does not listen to his patients. He allows his own personal beliefs to interfere with his ability to practice professionally. His cavalier attitude is an affront to all that see him. Don't let his initial smile and shake of the hand fool you into false comfort. He is nothing but an obstructionist, and fails in providing true care. Don't ask for physical therapy, intermittent FMLA, or temporary handicap tags...he doesn't believe in any of those. His surgery is the end all. This man defines high horse mentality.

Outstanding doc. He is extremely busy and often sees complex shoulder issues that require extra time with the patients. He spent over 30 minutes discussing the treatment options for my terrible arthritis. He has helped me tremendously and I wouldn't trust my shoulders in the hands of anyone else.

My appointment was scheduled for 8:20 am. The doctor did not see me until 10:00 am. I waited in the exam room, half naked and freezing, for over 45 minutes. The doctor was rude when he noticed I was looking at MY medical chart. Remember-MY MEDICAL CHART! The doctor had to ask the nurse why he was delayed in seeing me. Are you kidding? The doctor didn't even know what time it was! Perfect example of herding! I highly recommend concierge practices to any practice like this where the wait times are historically unreal and the doctors are just herding the patients through. Walk in an hour late, throw a shot into your body and move you out! I wouldn't recommend West End Ortho no matter how great the docs are. Maybe the docs should consider going out into the real world and practicing medicine!
