Staff are very rude. We did not get to see Dr. Bree because the appointment was changed, we were unaware of this change, the staff calling us was abrasive and actually hung up.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr Bree. Got in to see quickly as I was passing out. Office visit was efficient and informative. Within a week she had me on a 48 hour monitor and pacemaker put in. Thanks so much!!

I have had to cancel several times in the past 2 months due to winter storms and other work related circumstance. I have a 4 hour drive to make for appointments in Saskatoon and the last winter storm was unreal! I was not going to attempt to drive through that! The receptionist was an absolute witch when I called to rebook and I’m being nice with my terminology! Unbelievable! Cut me off many, many times as I was trying to explain when I would be able available , making it difficult to rebook an appointment saying the availability was very limited, speaking to me as if I was below her, and told me that if this appointment was not a priority she could cancel the appointment all together! When compassion, caring and consideration was being handed out, this receptionist grabbed the wrong package marked with a big “C” and grabbed a bag full of crabbiness!!! Wow! Get a different receptionist Dr. Bree. The one you have right now is making your professional service look very unwelcoming!

During the stay at the hosiptal, she was very kind, considerate and caring. She took time to explain and was very through when doing her examination and follow-up. Would highly recommend.

I work for another medical office in the city. We can never get any consult notes that we request and we have been requesting them for years. We always get the response that they will try to get it to us as soon as possible, but still nothing. The phone is never answered and it takes leaving multiple voicemail messages to even get a call back.

The office staff are atrocious. Never answer the phone, never return phone messages, trying to get any type of information from them will never happen. Very poorly run medical office!

Dr. Bree is good. However, booking a follow up appointment with her is extremely difficult. Aside from her hospital schedule, which is totally understandable, the staff are often not responsive to phone calls. They don't return the calls at all, and it make a simple task like refilling medications really difficult.

I have never been treated so rudely by receptionists in my life!!
Absolutely appalling behaviour. I came in to ask for copies of my results and my RX., which I had called a few days before for and said I would be in for them. They both proceeded to be rides f when I said “excuse me” and was trying to explain they got more rude! They did say the Dr was called to the hospital which is fine and she didn’t get to it I would have been ok with waiting , but no option given. I then just asked for my RX , but the one gal obviously eavesdropped on my private conversation with my dr as she said she did. Really isn’t that I
Information between my dr and myself. So I left and said I would get my family Dr to take care of it, as I left I said you ladies are very rude. Well one of them actually came out of the office to the street and yelled at me “ not to come back”. I sure hope Dr Bree reads this.. I have no complaints with Dr Bree but she sure needs to let these too find other jobs!

Dr Bree has been wonderful on phone consults with my spouse. Her staff on the phone don’t answer and are rude when you they return calls. Waiting for heart surgery in a pandemic is difficult enough, you should not have to feel bad for calling and asking a simple question.
