I had an experience with Dr Arlette, he was kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. He doesn't mind answering any of your questions and will explain everything so you understand. I would highly recommend his services. The clinic staff were also very kind, welcoming and do not push any sales on you. If you are looking for dermatologist, no question you should visit Dr. Arlette!

Was referred by a friend, horrible experience, had previous Botox/fillers before, previously about 40 units - for the last 6 years, he put in 65 units without asking me. Would have been nice to have the conversation before I had to pay (during the non consultation period?). With 2 tubes of filler and 65 units of Botox worst $2400 I will ever use again!

My experience was terrible. The girls were very nice and as helpful as they could be
Dr. Arlette on the other hand is another story from my experience
Just a warning ‼️My credit card shows I spent over 20,000.00 with Total Skin Care in but a mere 6weeks and now find myself having to get legal help to help get back monies Arlette said he would refund me. I have been told by another dermatologist that the side effects I am suffering are basically what it is now. Please please do your research on any procedure you are looking at getting here as it’s my experience you are not given any information before or on aftercare

Professional, personable and engaging. Dr Arlette along with his nurse Celina, were exceptional in providing compassionate care. They took time to explain all aspects of the Mohs surgery as well as after care. Highly recommend Dr Arlette and staff.

Dr and his staff were very courteous and professional. Mohs surgery went really well and concern for my past experiences with my ear were addressed in a caring manner. Because I was from out of the city, they gave me an emergency number in case anything went wrong with my recovery

I've just had some skin cancer removed July 19/2018. From the moment I walked I felt relaxed as the receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile and "Good morning". The nurse (Nikta?)and Dr Arlette both took the time to explain what was going to happen. They talked to me like I was an old friend. I couldn't have been more at ease.

I would recommend Dr Arlette and staff to anyone without hesitation. I hope I never need these services again but if I do I know who I'm going too. My rating out of 5 stars, would be closer to 11 stars. Best care ever!

I was referred to Dr. Arlette over a year ago for a consult on cysts from past synthetic fillers that are no longer in use from negative side effects. Questions answered, but I was also starting on fillers as I'd just turned 40. I took the plunge to let Dr. Arlette with his knowledge do his magic as he really seemed to know his stuff. I looked amazing and completely natural after. So over a year later when the fillers long wore off, I could really see the difference so I was excited to renew them. This time he fixed an on-going problem in my lower face that was from a combo of cysts and volume loss sagging off the side of my mouth that another well reviewed Dr. said he would not put filler near and I'd mentioned this to Arlette, but he brushed it aside and said he is not that Dr. what he does is different. I could see where some could mistaken that as rude, arrogant or dismissive and I wonder if the other reviewers are just far too sensitive or easy to misunderstand because I saw it as he really knows what's needed based on his experience and doesn't want to be told how he should be doing things. I get that because I'm an artist and quite sure of what I'm good at. I'm saying all this because I think he's a little misunderstood by some because OMG my face looks AMAZING!!!! Even better than the first time!!! -because I asked if we could fix my other problem. He knew exactly what I needed and he didn't need a ton of time to hum and haw about it. I literally look at least 6-8yrs younger. He just knew what I needed when I didn't and I know he's good because he out did the other pro who wasn't going to put the filler in the lower face out of caution, which is good, but I think Arlette has more experience to know otherwise in my case. Yes it's expensive. But the price is on par with the going rates. And totally worth it because I'm the best version of me again looking great in makeup and photos and matching my fit body and being mistaken for 33 all the time. It's great because that's the age I feel. My eyes are lifted and refreshed, my lower face is lifted and smooth and filled in. Very youthful but not fake or weird. I am so amazed at how great I look, I had to call them back a couple weeks later after the minor swelling was down to thank Dr. Arlette. I can see that he's a very busy guy, in demand and they are trying to reach every patient like me, I also had an acne flare-up that his prescription cured. I get why he may not have a ton of time to slow chat with nervous people or those who expect to be pampered, because he sees the issue, he knows what to do, so let's not shoot the sh*t any further. And no one's perfect. I never got the feeling him or his staff is a money grab. He had me wait a month to do the rest of the fillers to be conservative if I needed more once the swelling went down. He could've did the upper face all at once, but at nearly 4k that's a lot to shell out at once. Yes they did suggest Skin Medica products, but I know that's a great brand with science behind it. I got the eye cream which works but declined the Sun block since I'd just bought some La Roche that's also really good but more affordable, but I could see the point was Skin Medica face sunblock has skin rejuvenation ingredients that the average face sun block doesn't have. I will try it next time. I think people need to keep things in perspective. When you're an in demand Dr. and you are very busy, things will fall through the cracks on a hectic day. Chill people. He's master and I can tell he's a normal nice guy that is doing his best. I think there's people that just can't be pleased due to their own BS and unrealistic expectations (that's why there's consent forms because no matter how good a doctor is, things happen beyond everyone's control) and they don't know what it's like to be in his shoes trying to stay on schedule and fitting everyone in. If he's had a difficult case that takes him over time, not fair to dump on him.. I book my appointments on my off days so a bit of a wait isn't the end of the world. And haven't you met plenty of master's that are intense and in their own world a bit? Don't take it personally people! The guy is good at what he does, pleasant in person, expresses care and gratitude when I'm pleased with the results, answers all my questions and that's all that matters.
