Dr Wade Brock and staff have been super efficient and I trust Dr Brock whole heartedly. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough . He's very gentle and wants to make sure you are comfortable. I would def use him for my Cataract surgery if only he performed them but I cannot say how impressed I was with Dr Brock and his entire staff! The best occulo plastic surgeon I. Arkansas . He knows his stuff and very kind.

I think it is important for doctors to realize that we are busy too and really don't like sitting in his waiting room(s) for over an hour. Every time I have gone for my appointment, I have had to wait at least 30 minutes. When I get shuttled back to the other waiting room, it is usually full of other patients that have had to wait a long period of time.

My experience with Dr Brock and his staff could not have been better. Everyone I encountered at the office , during my surgery, and on the phone , we're professional, courteous, and very helpful. It also was the first time in my 59 years a Doctor came to the waiting room and introduced himself to my husband and me. A class act all the way!

Arrogant and unconcerned about his patients. Arrived at 8am for an 830am appt and saw the Dr at 9:50. No apology or explanation for the delay. I heard another patient telling the staff his appt was taking too long and they were actually rude to him. Really disorganized. Surgical procedure was extremely expensive for fair to poor quality. There are better.

Dr. Brock and his staff were extremely helpful. From my very first visit, I was treated with respect and smiling faces. Dr. Brock is a very kind and caring doctor and had no problem answering any of my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed to visit his office.

Dr. Brock's office staff could best be described as rude. I repeatedly told them that I did not want a particular unnecessary procedure. *After* I was hooked up an (unnecessary but "required") IV, the doctor told me I had to have the extra treatment, and the anesthesiologist working with him told me I'd "just better do what the doctor says," implying dire consequences if I did not comply. I felt like I was a hostage. I have since found out that other area doctors would have not required the extra procedure and would have charged me less than a tenth what Dr. Brock charged me. Get a second opinion. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Wade and his staff were very professional and friendly. He took time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answered all my questions. The care I received was excellent and I would highly recommend this doctor.
