Office staff not very helpful. Office regularly cancels appointments. If you are sick and need to be seen immediatly, you usually cannot get in to see the doctor until a week or two later. This being most likely, after you have recovered.

MD is very approachable and responsive to needs. Has a plesant and caring disposition. Usually easy to get an appointment within a couple of weeks. Has late evening appointments but has a habit of frequently cancelling them. Is a connected to a teaching institution and sometimes you may be seen by an intern followed by the MD. Office staff usually pleasant and helpful. Parking is very limited. Accepts most major insurance plans.
