I started seeing Dr Carreon when I lost my son. I liked her and thought she cared about people. I have to say the wait time in her office is very poor. I would wait up to an hour just to be put in another room to wait for 30 minutes more. The last appt I had I arrived 5 minutes early. I had waited for 40 minutes. I had another appt to go to an advised her staff that I needed to reschedule. Within a couple days I received a letter that I was no longer a patient of hers and that I needed to find another doctor. Unbelievable! She also billed me 25 dollars stating cancellation fee. I thought Dr Carreon cared about people but obviously I was sadly mistaken. What makes doctors think their time is any more valuable than ours? I would not recommend her. If Dr Carreon thinks people/patients are so expendable than maybe she should rethink being a physician.

Excellent doctor and she takes the time patients need to express their needs. She is a very compassionate doctor and really, really, cares.

I was recommended to go see Dr Carreon from one of the nurses from Washington Hospital, and was told she was a good doctor. Her staff has below standard customer service skills. They dont answer their phones, and if you leave a message they call you back 5 hrs later. I made an appt, and waited 30 mins in the visiting area, and then 30 mins, inside. The doctor came late, and then spent 10 mins talkin about herself. Towards the end i had to rush to say what i had to say, and at the end, she walks out doesnt give me the perscriptions she said she would and didnt even tell me that she was leaving and not coming back. I spent a total of 2 hrs and came out with a partial exam, no prescriptions, and left with unanswered questions. The follow up appt was worse guess what! i showed up on saturday, the day they scheduled me to come in...and the office was closed!!! no one called to cancel..UNBELIEVEABLE! I've never seen such unprofessionalisim in my life.
