Dr. Cohen has a pattern of billing for both a sick visit and physical when you see her for just a physical. She gets you to sign a form that says that if you discuss anything outside the physical, she will bill a separate charge. Knowing this, you don't discuss anything yet for two physicals in a row now, she has billed two charges even though I didn't discuss anything with her. If she asks if you need a refill, she documents that she discussed with you a condition related to that even if you say you don't need that medication anymore. When she says, "Do you need a refill for ### and you say no," count on an extra $200 charge. Furthermore, her staff is extremely rude, and not just related to these discussions. Her secretary has even rolled her eyes at me before.
