Dr Knight was the kindness and most doctor I have ever had. He really treated every one of his patients with unlimited time. It was sad to see him retire , they just don’t make them like him anymore.
He answered his own after hours calls himself , he was very devoted and knew the history of all his patients . He was the Best!

Dr. Knight is caring, informative, knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. His staff are polite; however, they seem overly busy at times and inattentive. Getting the phone answered is an issue in the afternoon hours.

Dr. Knight is doctor that listen and truly cares, however the staff is terrible that don't answer the phone or they answer the phone but put you on hold for 30minute. Not to speak of the every changing office hours. This office is a train wreak that needs a office manager that understands what customer service is.

Best doctor I've ever been to. Cares about patients not just money. As an internal medicine doctor he truly understands how the body works and how its systems corporate together.

Possibly the worst run medical office in Tidewater. Dr. Knight is down to earth and informative and genuinely cares about his patients, but his staff and the organization of the office is a nightmare. They will not answer the phone, they verbally abuse patients and WILL not do simple tasks interacting with the pharmacy to fix their screw up. Waiting over a week for them to contact the pharmacy to clear up an administrative issue...The pharmacy can't even get ahold of them

I agree with everyone who has reviewed Dr. Knight. He is down to earth and GENUINELY cares about his patients. One of the very few doctors that really listens and tries hard to understand his patient's needs. I travel from Newport News to Va. Beach to see him. He and his staff really ARE that good. Hope this helps!

Very good doctor. I trust him and besides that is a human doctor and cares about his patient. Doctor does not take my insurance but still go with him because he is the best.

Dr. Knight is one of the best doctor's I have had in Virginia. He makes himself avaliable for all his patients so that you can call and speak with him directly. He even supports the efforts of new students who sometimes can not find a vein to draw blood but he will send you to someone who can in a hot minute. He is very professional and knowledgable and I am so glad he is in the network for my insurance cause he knows what he is doing.

I have been seeing Dr. Knight for over 10 years. He was the only doctor that discovered my thyroid condition. He also treated me for many other things. He is always very pleasant, very knowledgebale and cares about his patients. He is also very available. I go a great distance to see this dr. and would recommend him highly to any new patient.
