Dr. Harr is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my mother with a rare condition. He is caring and compassionate with an easy-going, approachable bed side manner. He is an excellent surgeon and always tries to minimize a scar. My mother, myself and my daughter have been seeing him for nearly 40 years and will continue to see him until he retires!
