I took my son who was diagnosed with Vitiligo. She spoke to me very matter of factly and dismissed my concerns. I believed she just wanted to move on to her next appointment. I would never see her again.

I went to Dr. Chew to have some moles removed. She spent less than 3 minutes examining them (10+) and made a quick plan for removal over 3 sessions. I voiced my concern about difficulties with previous similar procedures. First session was quick <10min. She said she would devise next session based on how I tolerated the first. the second session went the same as the first but she did not evaluate my healing from previous procedure despite my request to do so. The second and third procedures left me with scars that would have been mitigated by closer, more mindful care. I will not go back to her and I would not recommend her to another.

I felt very rushed. Was concerned about a lesion and she made the comment "THIS is what you're concerned about".

Went for a skin cancer screening. She seemed to rush thru-less than 5 minutes. I was a little leery after first visit, but decided to go back and have sunspot removed from face. The day after procedure, I get a call saying the specimen was lost. My first instincts were correct. I should not have gone back. She wanted to take another sample from the spot which she supposedly removed completely. Of course, I am not going back. I would not recommend her to anyone.

My father has advanced Alzheimer's and I took him to Dr. Chew for an initial appointment because he had a sore that his primary doctor thought might be cancer. We were a little late for the appointment due to another appointment before this one and my dad's frailty and inability to get around easily. The front office did not care that he might have cancer and that I took a day off from work to take him to the doctor. All they cared about was their policy that since we were late by 20 minutes they would not see him. They turned us away and refused to see him.
