The staff and Dr. L Noftalls' staff were very friendly and nice. I felt very comfortable in my visit.

She is the rudest Doctor I have ever met.
She is blunt, to the point and so uncaring.
She has no bedside manner.
An optometrist saw my mother and sent her right over to see her. She was basically told not to waste her time and she should never have come there. I tried telling her the optometrist sent her there but she wouldn’t listen. Said my mother was to leave and not to stop at the front desk to book another appointment. She has macular degeneration and a bleed behind her eye. The optometrist sent her for injections.
She was told there was nothing they could do about her sight and to stop going to doctors and wasting their time.
If you get a referral for her… ask for someone different. Unless you want to be degraded and insulted.

I have been visiting Dr Noftall for several years. A very good Dr. Staff are very kind and professional. Dr Noftall is to the point and knowledgeable.

My husband has had this doctor for years and thinks the world of her. we read the reviews before he went and were worried. but for no good reason. He has never had a problem with her. She is great.

1st visit with her, and I was a bit nervous from the reviews I saw on here. Dr. Noftall is very knowledgeable, she is to the point, and I respect that. I don't go to the Opthalmologist for a hot stone massage, I go in to get my eyes situated and I have 110 percent faith in her and the team there. Everyone was very personable and friendly, and I know my eye health is in good hands. Dr. Noftall and staff are appreciated and eased my concerns.

The negative comments are so not my experience. This doctor and staff are amazing. Dr Noftall is knowledgeable and professional. I did not visit her office to hangout, I needed her help. She is busy yet she spends the time to explain. Today she had an intern working with her and it showed her amazing abilities as she explained to both of us.

I'm a very young woman with diabetic Retniopathy. When I first met Dr. Noftall, it was in the emergency room after I had an internal hemorrhage that blocked my vision. Through this very scary and shocking experience, she was extremely professional and greatly patient. Over the past two years I have been in her continuing care and have found her to be an amazing support to me.

To address all the negative comments here: I agree. She can come across as dismissive and unsympathetic, but I have never found her to be unkind. She is brusque in her manner and if you aren't assertive, it can be hard to ask questions. But she is an amazing doctor. She will take good care of you, will laugh and joke with you, and will make you feel safe if you are able to see past her very business professional exterior.

I have no complaints and am very happy to be in her care. Her staff are always friendly and excellent as well.
