Have not been able to contact Dr. Seymour's office for an appointment! My child has gone to him for 16 years and messages were never returned and now phone number is out of service! ? Did he retire and not tell his patients? Not impressed!

great dr but his office staff (his wife I do believe) needs to keep the rank perfume for when she is home and not for a medical office building that is supposed to be a sent free building. You can smell her as soon as you step off the elevator and it is unbearable once you go into his office. If you have sent sensitivity make a request when you get your appointment that she comes sent free so you can see the dr and not leave with a migraine
that lasts for days!

I am quite happy with the treatment , service and respect I receive here. Of course wait times are longer than I like , but he is a Specialist and presumably has a large patient base to attend to. I'm ok with it

While Dr Seymour is good at the tech aspects, wait times are poor and the staff are abrupt.

Dr. Seymour has been my ophthalmologist for 15 years or so. He is always very professional, knowledgeable, and tries his best to explain the options available to his patient and make his patient comfortable. I could not ask for a better eye doctor!

Dr. Seymour is excellent! He has been my child's Opthalmologist for over a decade. He is very kind, explains things well to myself and my child, and plays some good old tunes during visits! His secretary on the other hand is very flighty and pushy.. also, it would be nice if he saw children other times except the early morning..

I thought the office staff was very rude....such a shame when dealing with seniors....not their fault they are hard of hearing.....a little compassion would go a long way....get another job...

Office staff extremely rude and unprofessional- yelled at me for not knowing the exact spelling of my fam Doctor. Dr Seymore extremely rude and called me over weight 7 times during appointment-blaming my eye condition on my weight when I googled it and there were multiple serious reasons (which had all the same symptoms I had).
