Dr. Roberts has always taken the time to guide me on the right path in my vision recovery process...Dr. Goodine in Woodstock had no time for alternate treatments such as injections - so moving to Dr. Roberts was what probably saved my vision...It has been some 12 years since my initial eye crisis and I am confident I made the right decision by dropping that fool...Not everyone really understands what patients go thru...To Dr. Goodine, I was just a number and a burden to him...Under Dr. Roberts care, I went from a B- to an A+ and I continue to 'pass' via his compassion and intelligence...Be well and vision health to you all!

I had a cataract removed over two years ago and I have had nothing but trouble with that eye since. I had my yearly examination in the spring, and apparently, there is still cataract tissue on my eye. I would not recommend him to anyone. My family is consists of many Doctors etc. I certainly hope they do not dismiss there patients as he does.

My appointment with Dr Roberts was excellent. He came in introduced himself by first name immediately puts you at ease answers all your questions.

My wife & I visited Dr. Roberts today for my consultation prior to having cataracts removed. We first met with Dan, Dr. Roberts technician. Dan was very personable, professional & informative on what to expect. Next was sent to Dr. Roberts office where we were first met by an ‘intern’(?) from Alberta, who was also very welcoming & knowledgeable. Finally, Dr. Roberts, who contrary to some previous comments here, was very personable, chatty & helpful in explaining exactly how the procedure will be done. He answered very patiently every question we had. Certainly at this point I/we would recommend him to anyone . I came out of his office feeling much more positive & relaxed about my upcoming procedure. Thank you Dr. Roberts & team. Bill & Marlene

Absolutely No people skills. He acts like you are bothering him. He explains very little. And you are left wondering why or how you ever got this appointment in the first place!

If you want to be treated like a piece of meat going by on a conveyor belt, he's your man. Doesn't like to talk to patients, prefers you deal with his staff. No explanation of what to expect at the hospital, and he totally ignores you at the surgery, actually turns his back to you, doesn't even ask if you're doing okay. If referred to him, ask for someone else. I don't understand the rave reviews; he's a very unpleasant person.

Staff at his office have been great! Everyone I have dealt with there, including Dr. Roberts, have been compassionate and have listened to my concerns. I am grateful for him and his team.
