I adored Dr. Wainscoat. She is always upbeat and easy to talk to, very understanding, she offers several options for treating an ailment and always explains everything to you in detail so that you actually get why your body developed the ailment. I wish the ratings were higher than a 5 because Dr. Wainscoat goes above and beyond for her patients.

When I have an office visit with Dr. Wainscoat I am usually very pleased. But I am always disappointed in her/or her office lack of response to calling me back for lab/test results.There are some tests I had undergone that I had to go to the lab to get my results after 1 month of waiting and calling almost every day. I find this to be a unacceptable.As well as promising to refer me to other Drs and never getting back to me with the name or appt. And when I call for further information the staff is annoyed. I think she is a very smart Dr but can be moody and unorganized and I am going to be looking for a new Primary.

I agree with the two previous writers. She is the best doctor I have ever been to and I have been to a lot so I know what I'm talking about. She takes the time to listen and does not seem in a hurry like other doctors tend to be. Unfortunately I moved to Georgia a few months ago and one of my regrets was that I had to give up Dr. Wainscoat after having just found her. I know I will not find another doctor like her and so far I have not. It's my lost.I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good physician.

I was very impressed with this physician. I found Dr. Mandy Wainscoat to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing and treating me. I was able to schedule an appointment for illness within a reasonable amount of time. The doctor made me feel comfortable in relating my problem. I would say a very good bedside manner. She was very thorough in her examination and also made referral to specialist when necessary. Her staff was friendly and courteous. All of these things were more than enough to recommend her to friends and co-workers who like me were looking for an excellent physician. They also related a very good experience with their appointments with Dr. Wainscoat and were very pleased with my recommendation.

Dr Wainscaot is easy to talk to and a good listener.She is not judgemental. She has done more to help me in two visits than previous Doc over years.Office staff Chrissy is also very kind and helps you feel relaxed. Over the years I had come to dread visiting a Doctor. No more.I have been a nurse 38 years. I know a fantastic Doctor when I see one.I am thankful I found Dr. Wainscaot.
