Dr. Rusch helped to stabilize me after an extremely difficult time...his inpatient care is pretty incredible. He's compassionate and genuinely cares about each of his patients. Crisis stabilization is a fairly thankless field, and he goes about it in a compassionate, professional, and competent manner.
