Dr Hsu is wonderful. She may run a bit late at times but that is because she spends time to listen to your concerns and answer questions.

Dr Hsu is my 82 yr old mother's doctor. She is patient and follows through on all of my mother's concerns. I recommend her.

Dr. Hsu is a horrible doctor and I will never go back to her. She had me get some test done and when the results came back, I was informed that I had a condition that I had never heard of. I wanted to know how serious it was, so therefore I asked her MA to please have Dr. Hsu call me and let me know what was going on, and she never did. All she did was have different MA's call me and they never even knew what was going on. I had to have another specialty doctor explain my results to me. I would not recommend her if she were the last doctor on this earth left. She is extremely unprofessional and distant.

Dr. Jenny put down a blue pad(1'x 2') and told me to put the parasite on the pad. She was told that it is microscopic. I felt that I should have answered back "Do you think I'm going to pull a grasshopper out? And while I'm down here, should I cough so you can see any bacteria or virus that could be causing this?" She was very unprofessional, condescending, dehumanizing, insulting, and RUDE. I couldn't believe I was talking to a doctor. I asked for my daughter at the beginning of the apt...she parked the car and was sitting right outside the office, waiting to be called in to observe. No Nurse was there to be my patient advocate. Dr. Jenny's behavior was way out of line and uncalled for.

I'd been a patient of another internist, but saw Dr. Hsu when my own internist was on a leave of absence. Dr. Hsu became my internist when my internist didn't return to work. I credit Dr. Hsu with saving my life. She knew I either had lymphoma or lung cancer, and did all she could to get me diagnosed, although getting me through the wieldy, maze-like University Hospital system and referred to other specialists wasn't always easy. She visited me twice during my hospitalization, and phoned my home after my discharge from the hospital to check on me. That's true concern, true compassion, and is worth more than money could ever pay! In office visits, she is thorough, kind, and does interact on your behalf with other doctors in a timely and complete manner. I cannot possibly imagine a better internist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hsu for 5 years. My experience has been that she listens to her patients and it quite thoughtful with the medical advice she provides.
