I take my 90 year old mother to Dr. Lee and he is just amazing with her. He hugs her when she comes in, each time. He listens to her problems and does his best to meet her needs. He is the BEST. I went to him for years also, but can't go now because of insurance I have now, but I highly recommend him.

I've been with the doctor for 12 years now and I've been treated so well that I feel like I'm a member of the family. At his old office on Edison he was overwhelmed with patients and it sometimes there was a long wait to see him. But even then it was worth the wait!!!. But since he's moved offices to 71st waiting time is super fast! quick in and out and I get treated again as if I'm a member of his family. I will never go to another doctor as long as I live

If being a doctor is his passion, he must be confused.  The doctor's staff are airheads that have no regard for what's right or wrong, just their jobs.

Spent a total of 15 minutes with patient after a car accident without viewing patient's x-rays. Very quick assessment, and didn't even attempt to act like he cared. He was probably more worried about heading to lunch on-time. I noticed he looked at his wrist-watch several times, this wasn't for documentation, because there wasn't a pen in his hand. - - PRC Office Staff: Unable to bill the insurance company within a normal time frame after the office visit, (5 months to be exact). This was after the insurance agent sent a usps 'confirmation of delivery' written request to send all medical bills to insurance address. The staff was unable to follow simple direction and didn't mention an outstanding bill to the patient/customer for 21 months after the initial and only examination. Also, the staff rarely if ever answered/replied to phone calls or emails. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATORS.

Lee is a good doc who actually listens and cares when you talk to him. He does not prejudice you, he is easy to talk to as he is genuinely a compassionate person...the only issue is his staff, and possibly he does treat every patient so he is going to get behind..the best part about him is he is going to tell you the truth, you may not always like it but its the truth

Very knowledgable yet approachable. He made me feel comfortable and he listened to me, something rather rare these days. Good follow-up and resolution of my problem. Great doctor!

I had several visits with Dr. Lee due to a back injury. Each "appointment" I had was horrible. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment every time, and never got to go back for atleast 2 hours! I had to continue to see Dr. Lee due to the situation of the legal side of the car accident and could not switch to a better physician. On one occasion, after waiting for 3 hours, Dr. Lee just left without even telling his nurses he was leaving. He thougth he was finished for the day, and there I had sat in the waiting room for 3 hours to never be seen by the doctor! The worst part of all of this is that I STILL have not received a lien release, when I paid my bill in full over 7 months ago! I have called the office several times, only to get the "run around" that someone will call me back...never have I received a call. Expect a 2 -3 HOUR wait FOR EACH APPOINTMENT, AND HAVE YOUR LIEN RELEASED ONCE YOU HAVE PAID, STAY FAR FAR AWAY. THIS MEDICAL CENTER GIVES A HORRIBLE NAME TO PHYSICIANS!!!
