On my second visit, Doc Edwards went over my lab results in absolute full detail. He answered all questions and I can even review what we discussed on the patient portal. The best visit I've had with any doctor. His sincere interest in my issues with full discussion builds trust and with any doctor, it's all about trust. He has mine. Plus he is a Veteran and has been there, done that and has got the T-Shirt. Enough Said.

Dr. Edwards is what a doctor is supposed to be. Both my wife and I have been seeing him for years. We both have undergone prolotherapy procedures several times, that helped immensely with back issues for the both us, and additionally with a shoulder issue for me. Dr. Edwards is always willing to spend as much time with a patient as needed, and explains not only what may be going on, but why, and how he envision addressing whatever a problem may be. He also has the best, most friendly staff.

I just finished my last prolotherapy on my knee for a torn meniscus. The staff is so helpful, I had to reschedule several times due to family emergencies. My knee is soooooo much better. I hardly notice it any more and is basically pain free. If you are even thinking about having this done-DO IT!!

Dr. Edwards' expertise and prolotherapy techniques repaired years of shoulder damage in a few short sessions and prevented me from needing painful and expensive shoulder replacement. He is compassionate, skilled, and thorough. I highly recommend him for anybody and especially for those who are dealing with pain issues that seem otherwise hopeless.

Dr. Edwards is a top notch doctor. He spends plenty of time with patients and explains lab work in detail. I rated his staff poor as they do not return calls, very poor communication.

The phone call issue is something we are working on aggressively and should be much better! We are working hard to provide the absolute highest level of customer service in the city. We have work to do but our patients deserve the absolute best service we can provide across all levels!

Dr.Edwards and his staff are all very professional and fun. I have been seeing my family physician for 3 years with concerns and nothing was ever done. Dr. Edwards was recommended to me by my chiropractor and am I so ever thankful for that. After seeing Dr. Edwards twice, he ran test and I have had no problems sense. As long as he is available, he will b the only Dr. I will go to. I have worked in the medical field my self and he is one of the few physicians I even trust. He finds the cause and doesn't just treat the symptoms .

Care was stopped halfway through. Some of the staff was very rude. Staff could not answer questions and no return calls were made. Appears as if office is only interested in money and not the patient. This office would work great in Hollywood were people have cash. But not in Oklahoma. Office is cash only. Which makes me wonder.

Dr. Chad P. Edwards' response
We are truly sorry for your negative experience. We have changed all of our staff and are working diligently to provide the absolute highest level of service available. In regards to the issue on cash, we do not accept insurance and we do not apologize for that. We offer a different kind of medicine and many of our services are not covered by insurance. We do not agree with how the insurance companies have taken over the control of medicine and we do not work with them. Our services are much more competitive than many cash practices. The reality is that Oklahomans need help optimizing their health just as much as people in Hollywood.

Dr. Edwards is fantastic! He has helped me change my life for the better. I came to him with many health concerns, each of which he and I faced head on and made me feel as were working as a team. He needs better time management but I think he is overbooked because so many people have found out what a wonderful doctor he is. He is not the type to put a band aid on a broken bone. He doesn't hand out medication but instead finds the reason you're sick and then gives the medication that is necessary but doesn't over medicate. He is very friendly and worries about your whole body and mind and doesn't just focus on the apparent symptoms but the whole story. I appreciate his approach of functional medicine instead of sick care.

I have been really sick since last February and have been to many, many doctors trying to figure out what was wrong without any success. Finally, a friend recommended Dr. Edwards. He spent a lot of time with me and actually listened to my concerns and symptoms without just prescribing another med without knowing what we were treating. He thought my problem had to do with what I was eating. I was really doubtful but was willing to try anything. So I went on the diet he suggested and to my surprise, I felt better. I still can't believe that what I was eating was making me so sick. I am so thankful that Dr.Edward could think outside the box and help me figure this out. I would highly recommend him!!!
