This is the worst doctor office I've even had the displeasure of visiting. The first visit I arrived and checked In at my appt 15 mins ahead of time, but waited 1 hour and 23 min before my name was even called to see the dr. Instead of see Dr Graves whom my appt was schedule with a P.A. insisted she could help me in place of the doctor. REALLY! I requestex to reschedule this appt to see Dr Graves. Return the following week again, waited again over an hour and 40 mins. Wtf.. and again the same P.A. who announced as she stepped into the examining room ,she is now a Dr.. So WHAT! I SCHEDULE MY APPT TO SEE DR GRAVES!! Never again.

A total nightmare! I was seeing another doctor there, and one day I arrived for my appt. and had a new doctor. No one informed me of anything. They rush you out of the office and are horrible with answering questions. The last straw was when I went to get a prescription filled and the pharmacist said that they could not obtain that particular medication anymore. The pharmacy called them twice, and I countinued to call them for a month so that they can send the replacement prescription over. Finally after about 6 weeks, they said to me," oh, Mrs. Wilson, you have to come in for another appt. in order to get another prescription"... I was heated!!!!!!! They are so unprofessional over there and you are in there for about 10 min. for $800.. such an assembly line operation. So I am looking for another derm. now!!

Dr, Graves was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I had been to several other doctors to no avail. Dr. Graves took care of me!!

Dr. Graves took a skin sample and sewed stitiches. The worst stitch job I ever had. I have the scar to prove it. He referenced my insurance and assumed that I had public medical aid. His female associate is good. On visits he charged a additional fee for a injection but also charged my insurance company as well. He is not the consumate professional he appears to be.

I had to go get a plastic surgeon after seeing Dr.Graves. He should just stick to rashes and acne problems. Keep the knife out of his hands and the stitching needle too.

Customer service is horrible, waited for almost 2 hours. Treatment was maybe 15 minutes. Office Manager not organize.

The customer service is the worst. Been there a few times and on average had a 2 hour or more wait. Thought the treatment is effective not worth the lack of customer service and ability to see patients on time. When you have a question staff NEVER call back.

forget good to looks.I went there for service and it was the worse I ever had. I over heard Dr. Graves talking to a client and he was very rude and was talking down to her. Forget the looks..I had his asso not a looker however he had the best, THE BEST manners, concern and compassion considering the wait is CRAZY long. He removed moles and I have no side effect, When Dr. Graves removed some my skin looked burnt after the healing process. Use the associates not Dr. Graves otehrwise ...you will be sorry.

Havent had the chance to see the doctor.Called to verify if they accept my insurance. I was left on hold for 11 minutes. Another women answered the phone and still couldn't tell me if my insurance was accepted by their office. The woman took my name/number and said she will call me back, the following day, with an answer. A week later I had to call back and THE SAME WOMAN answered the phone and still didn't have an answer for me. Before I stepped foot in the door I see their office isn't professional.
