I have been going to this office 6&Walnut St with horrible parking conditions, Office Manager very unprofessional, wait time to see the Dr. is well over three plus hours. After seeing Dr. Graves twice I was being treated with getting injection by office staff and not seeing Dr. Graves. My time is valuable and I shouldn't have to wait three plus hours just for injections when not seeing the Dr. then being ignored by the office manager. Not ever going back to this dermatologist

I have left 15work mintues early to get to my appointment. Which was at 4:15,i was put intoa room for an hour and a half before the doctor came in to see me. And when he did,he looked at my skin for 10 mintues and wrote me a script. And i was told to come back in a mouth. Lets see how long i wait next time..

Dr. Graves is very nice and knowledgeable. I have continued to go to him because I trust him and he is one of two African American dermatologists in the Philadelphia area I could fine. His staff is terrible. I have met two semi friendly staff members since I have been going to Dr. Graves. The main receptionist is the worst. As if it is not bad enough that the wait time is an average of 45 minutes to an hour, you have to deal with the worst attitude from this receptionist. I do not understand why they keep her. She is so rude. Most of the nurses are not the kindest as well. Some are even borderline rude but you have to bear with it because you spend more time with the nurses than you do Dr. Graves. Dr. Graves is nice but you spend an average of ten minutes with him (total) with your visit. He comes in asks you why you are in, he may or may not take a look at the area in question, he then gives the nurse orders and leaves. I would like to stay with Dr. Graves but I will be switching soon

I was greeted by the front desk receptionist who seemed very overwhelmed worth the patient base, hodge tried to be courteous. The main issue with my first and last visit was the utter disregard that Dr. Graves has for new patients, I waited to be seen over two and a half hours to only be seen by Dr. Graves' PA-C. Once the PA Sharon stepped into the room the entire visit was rushed, no examination was done, she even went as far as to tell me that she would start me on a general patient regiment. Coming to seea specialist, I expected to have been examined and given a specialized regiment for my diagnosis based upon my individual condition. Essentially I waited almost three hours for a ten minute session to be told that I would be given a general regiment. No one even came to apologize for the wait or to even state that Dr. Graves would not be in to see me. Needless to say I will not be returning to their office and I will definitely steer anyone away from wasting their time at this joke of a dermatology clinic.

As a cash paying patient i would expect better service, however the wait to actually see Dr.Graves or any of his frequently new nurse practitioners is always a long length of time. I am satisfied with the information on my skin or if i need prescriptions filled,my only complaint is the wait. The wait could be about 2- 2 1/2 hours ,then to see the doctor is another half hour its just very frustrating because if you come to a specialist your there for a reason. Nobody wants to waste time sitting in the doctors office to only get talked to for 20 mins. They just need to UP their speed.

I honestly cannot say anything bad about Dr. Graves. All experinces with him have been ok, however his staff is horrible. Nobody knows anything. I recently had a issue that needed to be handles due to some personel issues. I called and called and called..Everytime I called I got the run around. I made a total of ten phones calls and still till this day I have no answers. Its like they take my name and number and throw it in the trash..currently looking for a nenw doctor!!!!
