Dr. Dupee is now at Pratt Diagnostic Center at Tufts Medical Center. He is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever known

I had a very unpleasant experience at Dr. Dupee's office. It started when I walked in. The receptionist was extremely rude and when I tried to tell her what was going on she would keep cutting me off and would not let me finish my sentence. Once I finally got checked in I waited in the waiting room for almost an hour. Finally I was called in. The woman who took me into a room made me feel very rushed. Almost like I was an inconvenience to her. I then waited in the exam room for a good 30 minutes before the doctor came in. I am aware that doctors have emergencies and sometimes run late but the staff should notify the patients when this happens. I find it completely unacceptable that I waited there that long without one word from a staff member telling me what was going on. Dr. dupee came in and spent about 3 minutes with me before telling me it was a "viral" illness and there was nothing he could do and to come back in 3 days if it was not any better. That will not be happening

Dr Dupee has been my PCP for more than 15 years. He knows me and consistently checks details that I am amazed he remembers. Good followup and feedback all around.

The care isn't worth the ritzy atmosphere. Misdiagnosed a breast 'lump' that ended up being my rib bone and a gall bladder that was in fact healthy. Never submitted needed documents for insurence coverage for desperately needed medicines, wheelchairs, nebulizers. Indifferent to special needs and cancer patients

Dr. Dupee's practice is highly sophisticated. From the moment I was greeted by the staff to the wondeerful medical assistants and nurse practitioners, it was a first class experience. Dr. Dupee is well-known to be a thoughtful and caring clinician and a supurb diagnostician. I had been to several doctors, unable to make a diagnosis,but Dr. Dupee was able to make it on the first visit. He is also a fascinating charismatic man!
