Dr Monica Yuzak comes in once a week to serve women. She left after 20 minutes before I was able to see her. She didnt ask the front desk if there were any women waiting to see her (the receptionist told me)!! Thats ridiculous!! Shw is supposed to be there until 9pm!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR WOMEN!!!!

Terrible "service". I've went here six times, hours every time. Only go if it's the only option. 0 stars for this place.

Doctors are rude and seem to only care about getting patients in and out as quick as possible. More patients more money

As some have pointed out these clinics are alternatives to your own GP. Considering the volume of patients they see and the ..uuhh sometimes unusual cases it could be so much worse. I think Dr. Fisher on The Drive is very effiecient and I actually appreciate that. Lets get straight to the point! I like him and his demeanor. Also I have rarely had a problem with the staff. If you have your info and docs together they are also efficient.

I go to this clinic quite regularly and can understand peoples complaints but it is a clinic. I like Dr Mark FIsher and the other doctors. Dr fisher is fast but if you ask the right questions you can get the answers you seek. If not for doctor fisher and the others I would never have found out I was diabetic. While trying to regulate my menstral( I have PCOS) I had developed a urinary tract infection.. while doing a urine test they found my sugars were high and asked me to come in to do a fasting test to check for diabetes. I know it doesn't sound like great knews but now I am addressing it with meds, and proper checks to make sure I take care of myself. THank you staff.. I know it is hard to keep up with us ailing patients. Its getting harder to find a regular GP you feel comfortable with so thank you clinics. Always go to Emergency if you have serious problems!!

I like all the doctors at this clinic, except one - i forget his name but he has an Australian accent. He seemed like a****to me, and gave me a sexual vibe. My friend told me she experienced the same **** vibe from him. The lady doctor is in on Tuesdays and she is nice, the other guy doctors are nice and easy going. The desk staff are ok, and I find it not hard to deal with the wait.

Dr. Fisher is a lifesaver, I had an obstructed bowel from over eating at a smorgasborge and had been to Vancouver General where they gave me a 1 liter enema!!! How humiliating and painful!! It was still obstructed and not moving I went to another family Dr. but no help, then to Dr Fisher who suggested that an laxative with a stool softner would work, so I got senekot and it did work, what a relief and otherwise I would have required surgery. With Dr. Fisher you have to be persistent and know exactly how to describe your problem and insist he give you answers as he's always in a HUGE rush which is IRRITATING. Nuff said.

I found Dr. Mark Fisher to be very short, uninformative, unwilling to answer legitimate questions, and just not especially nice. The clinic has almost okay wait times (45-60 minutes) because of the speed with which they hustle you out the door. I feel for people who don't have family doctors because this kind of clinic does nothing proactive around health care, and in fact discourages people from being interested in their health. It is a direct reflection of the quality of doctors in my opinion, and not an inevitable function of the walkin clinic format. Shop around for a better walkin clinic. They do exist.

I was refused treatment for a UTI because I did not want to transfer my files to the Surrey, Impact Plaza location.

I used to work for carepoint, its true about the management, they suck, the head corporation sucks, each employee is judged even if they are doing a very good job. Its a very discriminating atmosphere. They only hear one side of the story then decides who to fire.
