I'm somewhat disappointed with Dr. Brain. I find that her bedside manner needs improvement and she disregarded my concerns. I have PCOS with many symptoms including no menses at all unless I take medication. I also have several other symptoms but she disregarded them saying that I didn't have cystic acne so she didn't diagnose me. I understand that there could be other reasons why I haven't been diagnosed but she did not explain even when asked. I have seen Dr. Brain twice and both times I felt brushed off with no sign of her wanting to be proactive with treatments. I truly want to give Dr. Brain the benefit of the doubt but I think she has areas she could improve, including bedside manner and creating proactive care plans with more suggestions.

Dr. Brain is an outstanding physician. Professional, smart, and trustworthy. She delivered our baby and was an excellent care provider though that process.

I had a very poor experience with Dr Brain. She was rude, told me my pain could not be related to my ovarian cysts. I didn’t not trust her and she didn’t seem to have any interest in gaining my trust. Walked out of there as fast as I could and thankfully secured a different gynecologist who was wonderful and performed my surgery.

Dr. Brain has been my gynaecologist for years, and has reformed surgery on me several times. She is extremely knowledgeable, as well as warm and personable. Her care has made a huge impact in my life. Highly recommended.

I’ve had two surgeries by her now with the first one being emergency, she’s an extremely talented surgeon and i truly believe she saved my life. I’ve sense had several doctors say they wouldn’t of been abled to do what she did and that her talent as a surgeon is next level.

Dr. Brain made me feel comfortable and safe during one of the worst days of my life and I’m forever grateful. She’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to check up on you and make sure you understand everything.

I saw her many years ago at the women’s clinic, it was the worst visit I have ever had with a doctor. She was insistent that I be on birth control forcing me to disclose that Interested in women, at which point she continuously insulted me. She advised her staff member to give me a pregnancy test, insulted me for being obsess and told me I was too pretty to be with women, she miss diagnosed me and advised me to see a general practitioner. It wasn’t until years later that I was advised by my general practitioner that I have fibroids, I was then referred to a chief resident under dr. Brain the chief resident diagnosed me with endometriosis then basically blew me off. It’s disappointing to know that she is teaching other doctors to follow her ways.

Dr. Brain is a great doctor. I have been seeing her for almost 12 years. She has always been very nice, very helpful and knowledgeable. She always remembers what I have told her in the past and is always very personable. She is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Couldn't ask for better.
