My wife is a patient here and Dr. Wray and her PA Chanelle do not deserve to be called doctors, and should not be allowed to see any patients. They have a horrific bedside manner and are completely dismissive of their patients concerns. My wife is now seriously considering the 9 hour one way trip to see her old neuro or simply ending treatment altogether. Let that sink in. DO NOT SEE THEM, DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Wray's for over ten years. First few years were fine. The last few have been horrible. Phone calls are never returned. They are constantly canceling appointments to reschedule. We feel like we are just another number, connected to an insurance company used to funnel money into their pockets. Waiting on answers about a new drug they want to put her on. Kelsey took her off the other one already. It's been two months already. They should be ashamed of themselves, but I'm sure that feeling does not exist in their world.

Dr. Wray is bad about canceling the day of appointments. Canceling and not rescheduling. They leave you hanging not knowing when can get another appointment. Has happened 2out of 3 times. Also, slow or no follow up on tests or orders for tests. She is an expert when it comes to MS. But is the frustration worth it?

Office staff are incompetent. Never return calls. Don't schedule exams and if they do never let you know the results.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Wray. She proved to me that she knows her stuff when it comes to Multiple Sclerosis. She spent over an hour with me and my wife and explained her recommendations and why. The staff was exceptional as well. The office was so well equipped to provide for infusions if necessary, etc. I have been to different neurologists and have never been as impressed as I am with this Neurologist and her office.

20000+ PATIENTS 1 DOCTOR = poor care. Dr. Wray is deep into research and running an infusion mill. Patient care is delegated to subordinates. You get slow call returns. You don't see doctor you are paying for. Test results get overlooked and no notification of test results is given. Subordinates do not seem to LISTEN to patients and don;t seem to take patients seriously therefore they don't recognize when a situation is critical. You have to talk to machines most often. I have watched all of the above develop and grow for many years BOTTOM LINE is TOO Popular = TOO many Patients, = TOO Busy for patoients = TOO Little TOO Late
