John is a good doctor and an excellent human being. He is popular but has always found a way to help when needed . His partners at Capital Hill Medical Center are also very good and while John is my favorite I trust each and ever one of them

I have been seeing Dr Rideout for 35 years, since I was 5, I have had many health issues over the years and he has been so kind and supportive to me. He has always help me fill out any necessary government related forms for my pensions and disability. His punctuality is not great but I give him 5 stars because he is worth the wait. Selfishly I am not looking forward to when he retires full time, however he deserves the best. I have been so luck to have him as my doctor

You will never find a more caring knowledgeable Dr. in B.C. His bedside manner is second to none. My only wish is that he could pass on these traits to the next generation of Doctors.

Excellent care and personalized care - probably the reason for scheduling punctuality not being great. Have seen Dr Rideout for 16 years - not looking forward to his retirement and the need to find a new family doctor.
