Very late service waited over one hour. When asked when my appt. Was going to happen I was told to sit down.

Doctor has too many patients. Had a problem where he didnt even return my calls in a timely matter. Usually sends all patients to his PA assistants. Would not reccommend if your looking for a personal doctor. For your every day needs the PA's are fine. For everything else he has about 14,000 patients. I drove 50 miles one way to see this doctor, used to be good until he needed more money. Did not want to take the time to answer my calls when I was in pain. He had told me that he could not be that kind of doctor, and that he has many patients. I give him a zero for care rating.

same day appointment, staff was very friendly, Dr. Alessi was buisy but I felt no rush, treated me with much respect, will see him again.
