Dr JAFFE is a con man. As a cash paying customer I was required to go in and pay 3 times in one month and also required to pay 2 separate visit payments in the same visit because he wrote 2 different prescriptions. Before paying today I asked for my patient plan to make sure I wouldn’t have to keep going in and paying $200 just because I was late or had to reschedule due to being out of state for work and him and his secretary refused to give me what they are required to by law and told me to find another doctor. When I called to ask them to send in a prescription for a 3 day supply of this medicine that my body is dependent on she hung up on me. I will be reporting this scam they are running to the state board and getting an attorney.

Stay away from these people! The wife needs mental health help. Always so rude & acts like she is always right & won't allow you to speak. Yelling & swearing is abusive. She should be reported! Greedy selfish people!!!

Worst doctor ever, made up things to charge insurance for. Would forget to do referrals or just didn’t care. Office staff rude and unprofessional. Will never go back there and would advise no one to ever go there.

Search dr rajan sareen he will treat you like a human and listen to you. He won't let his wife treat you like trash and play along with her.. these two act like high school bullies they smell weakness and him and his evil witch of a wife will prounce. Even just on my way to this doctor they reached out to my former doctor for my records without my consent. I called to give a heads up I am running 10-15 minutes late to be interrupted and yelled at like a child "Vincent we can't be doing this if you are over 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule you". First impressions are huge and I haven't even walked in the door and this place has me looking for alternatives. Not to mention I have listed as medications I'm on alprazolam and subutex but they still wanted the door wide open just to dehumanize me even more. I cant use fake urine I have to test positive for the meds I'm prescribed. Then as i tell them I have never felt less human. The retched wife at the front desk says " youre an addict this is how addicts get treated you should get used to that." If you look down on people for addiction you shouldn't be an addiction specialist. This place shouldn't be able to exploit a group of people that have been through enough. Just know as a patient they look down on you. They like your cash that is it. They couldn't care less about you as a person you are a paycheck to them. They need psychiatric help for their problems that they think they are so high and mighty. These clinics turn people who are trying to recover back into addicts and I am sure they have blood on their hands. Don't let them take advantage of you. There are other options. It's been all day I am still sick to my stomach by the way I was treated by this piece of trash

They require phone calls and office visits every couple months to maintain a medical marijuana card. I got confused and thought I had a telephone appointment where they charge $90. They said we had an office appointment and charged us $50 for a no show. It was my mistake, but because they would charge $50, I decided to drop him as my medical marijuana doctor and the receptionist said "F You!" and hung up. How is this acceptable in the medical field?

When I tried to reschedule my appt due to a conflict, the office help was rude and loud. She then trancerred me to speak to Dr Jaffee who continued to berate me, speak over me and would not allow me to ask a question re: protocol. There are too many other Drs in the area, DO NOT go here. It’s a revolving door and he’s pretty obvious about wanting the money and not bothering w/patient relationship.

Don’t waste your time. This man is a crook. He took my money and cancel my prescription, while I had just given birth to my baby girl and was in the hospital. I have been on this medication for seven years and never had a problem and never had a slip. My last visit he had white powder on his face and on his desk. Do you self a favor and don’t waste your time or your money. The only good thing about his office is his lovely wife who seems to be in the dark regarding her husbands unprofessionalism and need for treatment himself.
