Kathy, the nurse at this location has been making multiple mistakes with not only prescriptions but medical test orders. This happened with a prescription that needed to be called in, an order for a ultra sound, and countless trips back to the office when a script is not written properly and the law requires a hardcopy so these cannot be called in. So I left a message with her to explain that I make arrangements to have these tests done so that I can get in and out because I work too....next thing I know I am getting a letter of discharge. This is in the middle of getting results of my high blood sugar. So now, I am without a primary, I have many painful health problems and this is how this outfit treats their patients...shame on you. You would think that one would be more concerned with the liability of a nurse that chronically makes mistakes then the patient that calls her on it. Unbelievable.
