I was referred to Dr. Petrovic for an evaluation prior to having some shoulder surgery. My medical history is somewhat complex, with a long history of atrial arrhythmia and recently, some gastrointestinal bleeding made worse by the anticoagulant I was on. She reviewed my entire recent medical history, and as an internist, made recommendations as to what anticoagulant I now need to be on and what the options were for how to best treat the recent problems I had. I found her very knowledgeable, very thorough in her review of my past history, and a wonderful personality. I did not feel rushed at all, and she took the time to explain all the details to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend her.

I was referred to Dr. Petrovic after a Pulmonary Embolism was discovered in the ER room while I was 28 weeks pregnant. Dr. Petrovic is just hands down amazing. We need more doctors like her. When I still had symptoms and was worried and full of anxiety, she took me seriously, got me further testing and even called me on a Friday with the good results to ensure I didn't go over the weekend full of anxiety for no reason. She is wonderfully genuine and caring. Doesn't rush you and doesn't make you feel crazy. You are in amazing hands with her.

Concur with below. I have a 30 minute wait- time tolerance. She does not rush and if something comes up during appt. she addresses it, i.e. not a “ one issue per visit” Dr. Watching her interact w other pts., she is consistently compassionate and empathic. I trust her completely. I don’t feel that I too need an MD to manage my complicated health issues. We need more physicians cut from her cloth.

I saw Dr. Petrovic quite a while ago and since I was on this site, I decided to take the time to provide a review. She is extremely thorough, conscientious and considerate. I felt that she did a complete analysis of my results, provided me with a detailed explanation of those results and did so in a patient manner. Yes, I would recommend her highly as an Internist and....that you Dr, Petrovic.

Very thorough, caring and competent. Had excellent bedside manner and actually listened to what I had to say about my symptoms. Took her time and did not try to rush as many other doctors nowadays do. She even followed up with me personally over the telephone regarding tests she had sent me for and returned my telephone calls promptly. Seems very knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend this doctor.
