She is very rude, yells. She is not emphatic person. She doesn't care about the pain of the patient, She just want to get rid of you asap. She is too rough and impatient, does not listen, and get angry when you ask any question. Please look for another doctor

Horrible personality, zero knowledge. She doesn't even try to research where is your problem, she just guess. I had fungus but she was insisting I bumped somewhere. At the end, I lost my nail.

Dr. Awad is a wonderful doctor. She is very professional, and yes she follows the rules, she will not say what you want to hear at times but she says what might need to be said. She won't notes, or push medications and if that is what you want she may not be the person you are looking for! I think the world needs more sincere, honest, responsible professionals like her!!

We've been with Dr. Awad since 2009 and she's our family doctor. Dr. Lucy Awad is the great doctor ever, if she never helped and diagnosed me maybe I'm dead now. She's strict and brutality honest but it's for my own good. I like the way she is. She takes care of my family, very professional. I don't see any reason why other people dislike her. If you don't like her, for sure you have mental problem. You should see a psychiatrist. YOUR THE BEST DOCTOR!!!!!

I had to leave her as my family doctor because she was not LISTENING TO ME, always interrupting before I could ever explain my symptoms fully. I had severe pains and all she did was tell me I had fibromyalgia and that I should go on antidepressants. I got a new doctor, and guess what, they did the proper tests and i have OSTEOARTHRITIS. By now I would have been on antidepressants for NO REASON and not being treated for the bone and muscle issues I am actually having. Makes me wonder how many people are on prescriptions for the wrong "diagnosis". She just doesn't listen and shows no empathy. Shes in a rush for the next patient every time I went.

Pro: The reception staff are nice.

Dr Awad is a great doctor , very compassionate. and honest . I guess some people has personal issues with doctors .
