we love Dr Mara Cole but why is it so HARD to call the office ? I CAN NOT get through most of the time> The line is busy all the time>

Dr. Cole is doc to my 3yo and newborn. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician. Knowledgeable, to the point (but not overly brusque). Not alarmist, but cautious. Cannot say enough good things.
I do like the nurses in the office in person BUT getting through to the office is brutal AND the nurses can be crusty on the phone. They really need an online booking tool

I love Dr. Cole. She's straight up, never late and concerned only where she needs to be. Fantastic bedside manner. Quick referrals. The nurses are crotchety as hell but they get back to you ASAP. I wish I had this level of care and responsiveness with my GPs office.

Dr Cole is great. Her staff is an absolute nightmare. They yelled at me when I requested my son's medical records because I had moved, and claimed it would take "at least a month." I explained this was unethical because it was denying him care, and they just yelled louder. This is shameful. Do not go to this clinic if they continue to use these receptionists. A basic google search will reveal that this is a common experience.

Dr Cole is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions/concerns. We are very lucky to have her as our paediatrician.

She is the Dr. of my 3.5 year old and now of my newborn. And I'm extremely happy with her and with her team, 3 of them are very knowledgeable and helpful. My baby had an heart issue and she immediately detected and refer us with a amazing specialist and also found a rush appointment for us. Really great health center.

Dr. Cole is excellent. She is highly knowledgeable, patient, and great with babies. My daughter loves her and I always leave feeling like we have received the best care and gotten all the answers that we need.

We love dr Cole. She is knowledgeable and makes me feel relaxed. She never scoffed at my 500 questions when my daughter was a newborn either. We've always had great experiences with her!
