Broadway Dental are thorough and professional whilst being friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend Dr Shayesteh and her team.Dr. Shayesteh was amazing! She answered all my questions and was super gentle and courteous. If you live in Vancouver she is an awesome choice!

I was hoping to find somewhere where I would be treated like a human being. This is not that place. I was treated like a walking jaw with a wallet attached. The staff were patronizing and unhelpful and gave me the passive-aggressive treatment when I dared to ask (very politely) for an itemized bill after I was consistently charged more than they had estimated.

Dr Shayesteh talked about me as if I wasn't there. Every time she injected anaesthetic she would painfully jog the needle at some point while it was inserted because she was looking away/talking to a staff member about something unrelated. After both visits the injection site was bruised and painfully sore for 3 days after - the only place this has happened. While working on my teeth she kept whacking me with the instruments - I left with a bleeding lip. The teeth she worked on all need extensive polishing as she left them gritty and bumpy. This place is not caring and not cheap, either. Will not be going back.

Referred by my wife. Dentists...its always this uneasy feeling. But based on my wife's feedback, I did visit Dr. Katy. The experience was really good...the explanation part actually.
Most striking part was when there was a small bump in my fillings, and the Dr. gave me an immediate appointment to have it fixed.
Oh yes, the view from the clinic is amazing..makes you forget that you are at a Doctors place :)
I am planning to go for Invisalign with Dr. Katy.

Not only is it the best view in Vancouver, Dr Shayesteh and the team at Broadway Dental made my dental experience an absolute pleasure. Broadway Dental are thorough and professional whilst being friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend Dr Shayesteh and her team.
