Dr. Sledge and his staff are very professional and didn't just jump right to surgery as a treatment for my shoulder. Of course, I waited too long to go see him because I figured my shoulder pain would "go away" on it's own but instead developed into a frozen shoulder which was much more difficult to get over. After recommending Physical Therapy, my therapist was pleased that I had gone to Dr. Sledge. They highly recommended him and his staff and felt that I was in good hands. The therapy recommendation for my frozen shoulder required several months of work and though it is a long process, the outcome should be very positive. I have crossed paths with several people who also used Dr. Sledge and were pleased with their results as well. Thanks to Dr. Sledge and his staff, I should be good as new when the whole process is over.

Dr. Sledge and the entire office are the best of the best! Before I selected Dr. Sledge I asked my PT and others at the PT office who is the best for shoulder surgery. ALL replied Dr. Sledge! Post surgery I have bumped into probably 15 past patients (cuz they inquired about the brace I was wearing) and they all said Dr. Sledge did their surgery and said he is the best! The weird thing is, post surgery there was absolutely zero pain, ZERO!

Thank you Dr. Sledge, Ashley (the PA-she is awesome) and all in the office.

Dr Sledge has performed very successful surgery on both of my sons shoulders and has been monitoring the progression of arthritis in both of my shoulders for several years. Thanks to Dr Sledge and his excellent staff's care and advice, both my son and I are pain free and we are still able to enjoy the normal activities of life that involve use of our shoulders. I have a longer perspective than most. He operated on a torn rotator cuff 11 years ago. It was a grueling recovery but with PT I have had absolutely NO issues since. A complete success. Dr. Sledge is an accomplished surgeon but he is also surrounded by a great team. Ashley, the PA is super attentive and knowledgeable.

I went back today for the OTHER shoulder. I want to say that when Dr. Sledge is focused on you, you have his complete attention. It is readily apparent that your issues are important to him and he wants to make you better. Sad to say, not all doctors have his bedside manner. I interacted with the front desk, the screening nurse, the X-Ray technician, Ashley the PA, and Dr. Sledge on my visit today. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel like more than just another patient. This office and this doctor are a model for what health care should look like!

Went in for shoulder pain. Dr. Sledge was very personable. Took an MRI to see if surgery was needed, he informed me I had bursitis. He recommended a cortisone shot, PA Ashley administered it. Shoulder was much better within the week. He and his staff were great, would definitely recommend.

Dr Sledge performed surgery to reattach a tendon in my rotator cuff. He did an excellent job and my recovery was went smoothly. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Sledge and his staff are professional and skilled. He performed my rotator cuff surgery on 5 July 2018. I can't recommend him enough! His bedside manner is fantastic! He and his staff go out of their way to explain things and make you feel comfortable. 5 stars all around!
