I arrived 15 minutes early and was told immediately I was late. The doctor and his staff would not slow down for me despite my cane. The assistant was not knowledgeable, efficient, or personable. The doctor himself speaks very poor English with a very thick accent (my guess is Korean). He mumbles, and takes offense to being asked to repeat himself. He is also hard of hearing and asked me to repeat myself constantly. I was hurried through the entire appointment. He did not bother to know anything about me; I would have felt like less of a number in a prison. He led me down a maze of hallways to get my blood drawn, and then abandoned me without showing me how to get out. I developed very uncomfortable side effects from my medication after seeing this doctor, then tried to call to find a different doctor at the same clinic. When I realized I would have to see Kang again, I went with a different doctor outside the clinic. I would rather suffer a month than see Kang again for anything.
