The PA Madison Flicker I saw the second visit treated me like I was stupid, didn’t ask me questions to learn what would work for me. She just told me I have to be on statins. My tests were all border line on lab and she didn’t or just didn’t want to take the time to go over everything with me. Not impressed. They need to take their time and get to know the patients and not scare them. Statins are not for everyone especially not for people who had relatives suffer from them to their death bed. I stopped taking them after 17 days due to side effects which I reported with no call back from the doctor. Don’t waste your time there, they work for the insurance companies and big pharmaceutical companies. This country is the worst for healthcare and it’s only getting worse. Plus they didn’t have me fast before labs.

I had unnecessary testing done at a high rate of radiation for something that should have had previous tests done before going straight to having a young individual being exposed to that amount of radiation. Blood tests were not done to help rule out different illnesses and he jumped right to the most intrusive way to see if I had a PE. I requested an ultrasound of my gallbladder and he denied it saying that I wasn't showing pain in that area.

I had a billing issue with Alliance Urgent care & Family Practice. After 2 months of working with the Office/finance Manager, Marsha Carol with no resolution, on 11 April I delivered a letter in person to the receptionist addressed to Dr. Carroll, the director, requesting an appointment by 14 April 2017. He never responded. On 21 Apr 2017 I sent a certified letter in case his office staff did not give him the letter. The office signed for the letter on 22 April 2017. As of 28 April 2017 there has been no response from Dr. Carroll. It appears that Dr. Carroll has no interest in resolving office/financial issues over which he is the Director and his office personnel cannot resolve simple issues. I hope I never have a medical issue that needs to be resolved by Dr. Carroll as the director of Alliance Urgent care & Family Practice.

Absolutely amazing! Love this doctor as well as the other doctors, I've seen them all. The wait time is next to nothing. I'm used to waiting for hours anywhere else when I go in for an unschedule visit. Dr. Carroll has a wonderful bedside manner. I'm so glad we found him!

This place has the worst customer service. I waited three days for simple refills and when I called I was told to make an appt. I had called prior to requesting a refill and was told i didn't need an appt. So I went in requesting to see my doc and Marsha the office manager told me I could not. Don't get seen here!!!! I will be posting my experience to all social media sites to let everyone know you all ARE HORRIBLE!!!! I AM A SEVERELY DISABLED VET WHO JUST NEEDED MY MEDS TO BE ABLE TO MOVE. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

Dr. Carroll and staff are fabulous!! Whether you make an appointment or walk in all of the doctors have great bedside manners and are quite knowledgeable If the other doctors on staff need another opinion or a question asked they consult with Dr. Carroll whom I find to be a very inquisitive and thorough doctor. Alliance Urgent and Family Care is one stop shopping. If a specialist is needed, there is either one that comes into the office a certain amount of times per week or one that would be recommended by him. I trust him with my children and myself and have and will continue to recommend him to others. Lastly, my daughter's favorite part.... She doesn't mind going because she thinks he looks like Brad Pitt :) I must say though, when we moved here I searched for a fabulous Dr that I could trust to give top notch care... I stopped when I found Dr. Carroll. My family is in gear hands. We have been with him for 9yrs and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

When you go there you are treated like family (in a good way). Dr Carroll and all the members of his staff are top notch. When you are with him you have 100% of his attention and you get the best care. He's not a pill pusher which I like. I wouldn't go anywher else for my families care.

Not happy with this doctor. They billed me for a well visit that I requested, but they coded it wrong and now want me to pay for that mistake. My insurance was to pay for the well preventative visit...I was not sick. They are unwilling to work with me on this or admit their fault. Very unprofessional manner he told us of my cancer also.
