Shady Grove is such an awesome facility. His nurses like Sarah, Becca, June, April, Valerie, Rosie, Hannah are the absolute best!! I saw June nearly everytime and she became family by the end of our time there. What can I say about Dr. Shah, he is an outstanding doctor. My husband and I couldn’t of asked for a better doctor to help make our dreams come true in becoming parents. He made the whole journey comfortable and guided us with information during ever step. We felt so comfortable and at ease that by the end of our journey he became more of a friend than just our doctor. He wouldn’t just do stuff to try and get us to conceive unless he knew my body was ready, which we truly appreciated. We will be seeing Dr. Shah in the future when we try to grow our family again.

It is hard for me to even begin to put into words how incredible Dr. Shah and his ENTIRE team are at Shady Grove Fertility. My husband and I started our fertility journey back in the spring of 2022. We had been trying to conceive for almost a year with no luck. After speaking with Dr. Shah we were gutted at first to learn that having a baby the "natural way" wasn't in the cards for us. However, Dr. Shah was confident that with a little help from science (IVF) that we could have a happy ending with a baby. There is so much information that you have to learn when undergoing IVF and it can be very overwhelming. Dr. Shah and his nursing team went above and beyond making sure all of our questions were answered and we felt supported every step of the way. IVF is not a quick journey. It takes a toll on you physically, mentally and emotionally. However, the staff at every doctors visit welcomed you with a smile, and made me feel safe and supported. I cannot say enough kind and good things about Dr. Shah his staff (Sarah, Becca, June, April, Valerie, Rosie, Hannah). I get emotional even writing this because they helped me get through one of the darkest times in my life and helped us get to the greatest light in our journey with a positive pregnancy test! We are hopeful that in the months to come we will welcome a baby, and cannot thank SGF enough for all of their support.

I highly recommend Dr. Anish Shah at Shady Grove Fertility. After almost 4 years of unexplained infertility at 35+, including multiple failed IUIs and two failed IVF cycles, I switched to Dr. Shah's care. He is welcoming and has great bedside manners. As stressful as the numerous doctor appointments can be when going through fertility treatments, it was a breath of fresh air to visit with him. He listened to the concerns of my husband and I, sharing research findings and recommending additional testing to help inform our treatment. He was also direct and forthcoming about expectations, which was greatly appreciated. His treatment plan included interventions that had not been previously tried. As as result of my 1st IVF cycle with him, I was ecstatic to become pregnant after my first transfer. Dr. Shah is AMAZING and I will be forever grateful for his knowledge, caring nature and dedication to helping us start our family.

I could not possibly put into words what a blessing Dr. Shah was in our lives. My husband and I went through 6 1/2 years of infertility and ultimately underwent IVF. Dr. Shah was the personality that we needed at such a low and frustrating time in our lives. He was upbeat, encouraging, and positive, and even through disappointing outcomes with some of the different routes we took, he was just as determined as we were to make it happen! I don't know that I could have gone through the entire experience if he had not been our doctor. He became like family, and once our last embryo was used and we "graduated" permanently from the program, I actually felt sorrow because I knew that chapter in our lives was complete. There would be no more appointments. It is truly a blessing to be able to say that you are sad to leave a medical team behind. I will always be eternally grateful for our three beautiful babies and I know I would have never been able to have become a mama without the help of Dr. Shah! <3

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Shah. I tried absolutely EVERYTHING (and when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING)--from severely restricting and modifying my diet, hiring expensive functional medicine physicians, naturopathic doctors, spending thousands of dollars in supplements, using only natural cleaning products, installing whole house water and air filters, Clomid + trigger shots--for 4 years!!

Nothing worked, and my husband and I knew that it was now or never, that we had to do IVF if there was any hope of us having children.

I'm an extremely natural minded person, so this was a hard conclusion to get to. Dr. Shah had a wonderful bedside manner, was so kind, and went into great detail to explain everything every step of the way to make me and my husband feel comfortable. He also was able to work with me and my wishes to get me the best outcome possible that was specific to my body and my body's response instead of putting me in a "one-size-fits-all" box.

Dr. Shah stays up on all the latest research and is truly the best in the area. It's rare that you meet someone that is this exceptional at what they do that is also this kind and passionate about truly caring for people.

The outcome of working with Dr. Shah? I went through one round of IVF, and got pregnant on the first go!!!

My husband and I couldn't be happier, and we will most certainly be coming back and using Dr. Shah for our second.

I can't thank you enough, and I recommend anyone and everyone that's thinking about it to allow Dr. Shah to help you!
