Dr Cook, in essence was the direct cause of the death ofmy spouse, due to his incompetance He should of ordered either a pet scan or at very least a liver biopsy sice the liver filters the blood which would help diagnose a potential llethal disease, we found another Dr, who took one look sent my husband to have a liver biopsy, which revealed after being treated for ALLERGIES and GERD...he had Stage 4 adenocarcinoma- a cancer you DO not recover from. Dr. Cook is the direct cause due to negligence. My husband died within 7 months.
