One time she wanted to perform some tests on STD. She asked me how sure I was with my test coming back negative, and whether or not my husband would have cheated on me. Before this "incident," she had sprouted some questionable comments as well. But this particular comment cemented my opinion about her. She may have brains (U of T graduate, afterall), but her comments would have made her an acclaimed folksy, soap-opera TV screenwriter. Instead of someone's Family Physician!

I actually personally have had a pretty good experience with Dr. Huo. I’ve had her for almost 2 years and she is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and to the point. I always come prepared with questions, and I have never felt that she has rushed me out even when I had a lot of questions. When I had an examination, she was really careful and gave me a heads up with whatever she was going to do next which made me feel more at ease. I can see how she can come off as “cold”, but I think that’s just her being direct and concise. The only downside is that her work hours are quite limited so it’s hard to book her immediately if it’s something urgent. Overall, I really like her and is very competent as a family doctor!

The worst Dr. I have ever met. I do not want to give her even one star. She is rude, no patient, and poor knowledge. I would not like to go to see her. If I need to see a Doctor, I am going to a walk in clinic.

As I read the negative comments, I could identify them myself. She is notorious for her rudeness. At first encounter, she was okay. But afterwards, her attitude was sliding down the chart.

Shes very judgemental, I came in to see her and shes asked me how often do I consumed alcohol and I said not much and if I do drink , I'll go all out and have a good night and do drink alot.. and her responsed was "that's binge drinking" ... yea I know its binge drinking but would it be better if I was drinking every day then?? Anyways I wasn't here for her to tell me what kind of drinking I was doing... I felt so judge that I didn't even get to my addressed my concern but instead I just walked out

I'm not sure why she has been given such low reviews. I have been to see Dr. Huo several times and she has always been willing to answer my questions even if slightly off topic. The staff has always been nice. I am always able to get in and out quickly. The only thing is that she is only in the clinic a few days a week and I end up needing to go to the after hours clinic or a walk in, but can't be helped.

No patient, very rude, I think she’s bias about chinese ppl. I asked her for ultrasound prescription, she said here’s Canada not China, we won’t offer whatever you asked for like in China. Even if u give a million dollar, I can’t give you this. Very rude and bias
