She is the "real deal" - a doctor who makes it clear she cares about the patient and leaves you feeling confident that she understands your condition. She takes the time to fully explain the treatment required and arranges for a followup visit if that is necessary.

Dr. Noa Mallek is the real deal. She is in medicine because she truly cares about people. She will work with you to find the best situation with the eyes you have, and handles simple to complex problems with the same calm, easy manner. Sometimes there is a long wait, but that is because people have emergencies that must be dealt with right away. Be patient and know that if that were you, you would receive the same care. Staff work through lunch break often to fit everyone in, so there is no way I'm going to take a way a star for staff or punctuality. Bring a book, and be kind and grateful :)

Dr. Mallek is an extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor. She is willing to spend time with you and explain what is happening to your eyes. I recommend her fully.

I have searched for two and a half years for an answer to an eye problem. Dr. Mallek took a full and comprehensive eye health history of not only the accident that had caused the problem but my childhood eye history and current general health. In two hours, she was able to give me an accurate diagnose and a plan for treatment. She was thoughtful, an excellent listener, very perceptive and wildly punctual. I've waited in waiting rooms for longer than the whole appointment took. Dr. Mallek's staff were helpful, time sensitive and kind. Highly recommended.
