I have become so tired of family doctors brushing off my health concerns and not listening to me. It was recommended to me to visit a naturopathic doctor instead, and I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Reid-Ahenakew is patient, professional, and she really listens to what I have to say. She works with you to look at every aspect of your life that may be causing your issue, then she makes attainable goals with you. I have never enjoyed working with a doctor as much as I have with Dr. Reid-Ahenakew. Would highly recommend seeing her!

Absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgable and kind and really helps me to understand my body and what it needs. She eased my concerns, helped my body heal, listened through and through and made a big difference. When everyone else seems stumped, she is the one to call - a real expert and professional! Simply put - this is the difference between "free health care" and the kind of healthcare you have to pay for! Darlene made my day! Conventional doctors haven't been listening let alone caring...but Darlene did both! If you're tired of run of the mill ignorant doctors who act like you've just interrupted their dinner, then you will love Darlene because she cares, she's knowledgeable, and she will leave you feeling positive! She's going to help you get to the bottom of your concerns, no doubt about it!! Thank you for helping my 14 yr old when everyone else was reluctant too! :)

I have went to Dr. Ahenakew for almost 4 years, and she and naturopathy has changed my life! She pays so much attention to the small details of your life, and truly connects with you as a person. I always look forward to my appointments, and know that when I leave I will feel better than when I came in because of her presence and all of her knowledge and experience in giving her patients exactly what they need.

I don't know how to rate her, as I like Dr. Ahenakew, but I have problems with how you are nickel and dimed to death with her. The products she has put me on are SUPER expensive. I have found them cheaper elsewhere. Shop around and you will find better prices. They make you show a piece of paper with all your supplements she has prescribed before you can purchase more. The problem is, she said I don't have to go back for 6-9 months, but the treatment sheet has an expiry on it of 6 months so I after the 6 months I can't buy more product from her without booking an appointment. Stupid. Then if I email a question I have about one of the products she wants me to pay for a 5 minute appointment to answer the question. Why? I am already paying plenty for the product. Like I said, I like her, she is very personable, but I can't stand all the BS stuff I have to pay extra for where I shouldn't have to. I've talked to others that see other Naturopaths and they don't have to do this.

I find her to be very good. I've gone to others before and not been so pleased as I am with her. She has helped me with issues and got to the root of them. Better than just taking prescription meds to manage the symptoms. I always suggest people go and see her for their issues.

Very good naturopath doctor. She takes the time to listen, was able to get to the root of my issue(s). She makes you feel very comfortable. Breaks things down so I could make small changes that really changed my health for the better! So grateful for my health thanks to her.
