Abrasive, rude, could not care less about my situation I.e. laughed inappropriately, talked to her colleagues about golf instead of doing her job, made me wait 4 hours on a gurney for what was a serious problem, just a very, very disrespectful woman. Is there no supervision or quality control in place for this type of person? Book smart, that's about it!
