My appointment was for 2:00pm,they said maybe I will get in by 4:00pm. I had spent $25 already in parking. I wasn’t about to pay more. Decided to leave. They couldn’t care less if a patient has to wait more than 2hrs. If you have nothing to do with your day this would be the place to go. I was recommended by my Dr. I’ll have to let him know about how long their wait times are. Will not go back.

Dr Demko is methodical. Very meticulous. This can result in more appointments than other doctors. If you need surgery, he is excellent. Wife had eye lift and we are very pleased. He fixed another doctor's inferior eye lift.

Dr. Demco has no respect for patient's time. Keeps a patient's time. Almost aways an hour behind. When he could be on time he conducts private business.
Multple visits frequently unncecessary.
Has facilities large enough for three or four Doctors working at the same time. Something is wrong with cost control.

I thought the comments were maybe over-dramatic, but they are really true. I've had four appointments in one week, he only does 1 test per visit, and you will wait an hour to see him. I came back for results, waited an hour, and was just told that my results for that test were fine and come back again tomorrow for another test. You will really need to ask a lot of questions because he doesn't volunteer any info. He is a pleasant and likeable man and the staff are too, but how they are operating is not efficient and is really a waste of everyone's time.

I think that Doctor Demco is very consciencious about his work.
So far I trust him. Some times the waiting is long...but am glad that
he can see me. My experience, office staff are polite and helpful.

Do yourself a favour and find another ophthalmologist. He is constantly an hour behind and the staff state that he is always on time over the phone. He does tests then makes you come back for the results then comes back just to make an appointment for another test. I've done 5 general appointments in the past 2 months and wasted over 10 hours just to get a new eye prescription.
The staff seem like they hate their life when they answer calls with a cuss and don't help when scheduling new appointments.
Seems like he's just keeping patients waiting like this for billable hours.
To be completely honest, you'll get a quicker and more quality experience from lens crafters.

I had a very good first visit with Dr Demco earlier today for cataracts. He was excellent, explained what was necessary, pleasant (even has a twinkle in his eyes!) and has suggested I see him for a follow up in 6 months time should I not want to undergo surgery just yet. All in all, a very efficient ophthalmologist who works very fast. His staff was great. My eyes were dilated as soon as I got there and there were no unnecessary long waits, etc, as I'd read in some other reviews. Shall keep him as my ophthalmologist, and hopefully follow up visits work the same way.

If you ask questions you get an answer. Not much is volunteered. Always late keeping appointments, usually an hour.
