I love going to City Oasis to get my teeth fixed. (That's right! Read that again ;P ). Every single person in the office is kind and caring, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, right from the Reception, to the expert hygienists, to Dr. Jen herself, who is incredibly knowledgeable and deft with her work . She's able to perform specialist dental services, which is such a relief, so you're not bounced from referral to referral if you have a lot of complex issues. If you have anxiety around dental care, Dr. Jen and her team take the time to listen, and have an empathetic approach that is parallel to none. The care is top notch, the results are excellent, and the conversations make you feel as though you're with old friends. Highly, highly recommend.

Dr Jen is awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. Her staffs from front to back are all really s amazing as well. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but they always make me feel comfortable and very informative. Never afraid of going to the dentist again. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend. Very professional team, great office, everybody takes time to explain your treatment. The TV screens are definitely a plus to make the whole experience more pleasing !

Dr. Jenn and her staff are amazing. They are always finding ways to make you comfortable and create a positive experience. Dr. Jenn is a phenomenal dentist, she talks you through what she is doing and is an artist when it comes to restoration.

If you're not a fan of visiting the dentist, then City Oasis might very well change your mind. Dr. Jenn and her team are professional and kind. The entire experience is comfortable and highly informative, with the team taking their time to explain everything, from their findings, to the dental procedures, to the follow-up care. And if you're still nervous, there are high-def TVs on the ceiling; so lay back, pick something on Netflix and let the team work their magic, pain-free. Shout out to Monica, the bestest hygienist!!!

We were so lucky to find Dr. Lai through this website. She is the most patient, professional and well experienced doctor we have ever met.
Because my husband was so afraid of going to the dentist, his five rotten teeth had dragged on for more than ten years. Dr. Lai's patient comfort and superb surgical techniques successfully removed these problematic teeth. Now my husband has completed the first stage of treatment, and when he is fully recovers, we will undoubtedly go to Dr. Lai for the second stage of dental implants, becuase we fully trust Dr. Lai's medical skills.
The clinic was very clean and warm, all the staff are kind and patient, very satisfied with the treatment process.

Dr. Lai is super knowledgeable and personable. I haven't needed any work done by her yet but so far she and her office have been extremely professional. I've enjoyed multiple cleaning appointments with Monica. She's thorough, knowledgeable and a very bright presence when you're having your teeth poked at. I highly recommend!

Love going in for my cleaning and dental appointments at City Oasis. Dr Jenn and Adrienne are extremely personable and masters of their craft! The front desk staff is very pleasant and forthcoming and always promptly responsive to reschedule appointment times due to work schedule. I have been going here for 7 years now and would definitely recommend this office!
