After seeing a eye dr in the hospital to then being referred to Micheal , he found the 2 cm slice across my eye . Amazing kind, caring and very helpful ... I would definitely go back to see Micheal he is the best !

Dr. Wertheim has supported me for the past 2 years during my 2 cataract surgeries, also for any follow up problems. I highly recommend him.

I first saw Dr Werthheim when he saw one of my sons at short notice. My son had an eye irritation that did not resolve. The GP had looked at it and said there was no problem. Dr Wertheim found and removed(without batting an eyelid, pardon the pun) 5 really long pieces of plastic 'string' that had been lodged behind his eyeball. We had no idea how the string had gotten there. Dr Werthheim found and removed them quickly and painlessly and without fuss as if that is the sort of thing he does every day! We are very grateful. I hate to think what would have happened to my son's eye had we not insisted on a specialist referral. Since then I have also bern his patient. He was happy to see me twice and take time to allay my concerns when an optometrist diagnosed an eye condition that he did not agree with.
